Add support for viewing and editing the Title and Description of photos and videos within the asset info panel.

I already voted for this, but I thought I would specifically mention viewing would be most important to me, editing, would be great but has a lower priority maybe? Similarly I would like to see the star ranking along side (Iām coming from Lightroom where I use the Title, Description/Caption, and star ranking regularly) I would prefer not to export the star ranking into the keywords.
