Acting as a DLNA Media Server?

I’m a Home Assistant (https://home-assistant.io) user. One of the recent updates included DLNA integration, making access to media even better via tablets, devices, etc.

Can PS be discovered as a DLNA media server?

I’d thought that DLNA was most suited for video streaming, so I hadn’t really considered it until now.

I had believed it would be a patent/licensing liability to adopt it, as it isn’t an open standard. It also seems that the org behind was recently dissolved, and replaced with a consultancy.

Until (or if) there is proper DLNA support in PhotoStructure, you can use the ReadyMedia project, (previously named “miniDLNA”), which has good reviews: I’d point it at your PhotoStructure library.
