Browse through found assets

My problem in a short example: “Mattis” is a grandchild of mine. Photos of him I put in folders like “2005/Mattis 2005”, “2006/Mattis 2006” etc. Now, when I search in PhotoStructure for “Mattis”, all photos of him of all years are shown. Very nice! Exactly what I want. But now I want to browse through all these found photos and click on one, then want go to the next (with arrow right), etc. But the “arrow right” will not show me the next found photo; it will show something arbitrary. Could this be adapted so that the next found photo is shown with “arrow right”?

This is a bug with even the latest beta release: the context that brought you to the asset is not retained when you click the “next” or “previous” arrows.

It’s quite frustrating: I’ll fix it in the release after next.

The (not great) workaround for now is to middle-click assets to open them in a new window or tab.

Hi Matthew
Great that you will fix that :+1: I will be happy!

There is another context that is not retained in the above example: if you middle-click on one of the found assets and then go back to the “found list” you’re always back on top of the “found list”. This is especially adverse if you’re at the bottom of a let’s say “2000 assets found list” and have to scroll down the whole list again and again.
