The key issue is can PS have multiple input directories with different profiles (ie: delete / no-delete).

Not currently: PhotoStructure doesn’t delete any files at this point, actually.

After PhotoStructure imports files into its library using the “automatic organization” feature, I’d like the ability to delete the originals once it’s known to be safe (eg. checksum is verified to match the original file). I understand why PhotoStructure doesn’t move original files, but in my case I’m not dealing with old files, and instead want to have an “imports” directory that I copy new photos to for PhotoStructure to import them. I want to be able to remove the blurry/ugly photos from my photostructure so that it becomes nicely curated over time.

It sounds like you’d like a way to only have some folders in the “move” state, and some in copy state, correct?

Would it make sense to be able to mark a folder with delete-on-import, similar to how you mark a folder to be ignored? I’ll bring that up over on the first post.
