Hide Dock Icon on Macos

I discovered this software a few weeks ago, and I’m already a very happy user! Thanks for all the hard work!

I’m running the software on macOS. Many “always on” type apps for macOS have the ability to hide their icon in the dock, leaving only the icon in the top menu bar. Is there a way to do this in Photo structure? Currently, I have an icon both in the dock and on the top menu bar (on 1.1.0).

If this is actually a feature request, I think the relevant issue is the “LSUIElement” value in a .plist file. Hope that helps!

Welcome to PhotoStructure!

Thanks for the research! I think I didn’t hide the dock icon because I want to make sure people saw PhotoStructure was running, but I suspect the menu bar icon does that job sufficiently well.
