Library imports on macOS don't resume on wake-from-suspend

I just got an email from a user:

I just installed the 1.0.0 beta 2 noticed that it seems like library importing or conversion pauses when my MacBook Air sleeps or locks (2013, 4gb). This didn’t seem to be the case with v0.9.

Has anyone else seen this? If so, what version of macOS are you running?

Not seeing pausing on lock - keeps importing, time to finish keeps decrementing and cpu fan is spinning. Seeing pausing on sleep when invoked from a menu (I think this is expected) and auto resuming on wakeup. macOS 10.14.6
