I just set up photo structure and would. Like to present some of the pictures I have taken to my clients. Is there a way that I can hide the side menu from the clients?

There isn’t a way to share just a single or specific group of photos in your library yet. That feature is gated behind me adding user authentication and authorization, which will be in a future release.
