Support "reverse order" when viewing tags

Currently child tags and their “samples” are either newest-first (for the When tag) or alphabetical.

I think it’d be nice to have a toggle button in the header that lets you view in reverse order (so oldest-first for the When tag, for example).

This seems like an easy-to-implement, sometimes-useful-and-kind-of-nice feature, that already exists when viewing search results. I’d give it much lower priority than deleting and sharing, though.
