Expose PhotoStructure logs via the UI

Currently users need to be able to run command-line tools to get access to PhotoStructure’s logs, which (frequently) contain important debugging/WTH-is-going-on information.

PhotoStructure should have a “logs” view in the UI so users can see these without having to open a terminal.

I don’t know if this should be a separate feature request, but it seems related:

There should be a “debug on” or “debug off” button in the UI for those of us who are less-savvy but still want to provide feedback.
