Why did "phtostrctr" show up on my credit card statement?

Stripe (PhotoStructure’s payment processor) needs a short company name for certain billing transactions, like PHTOSTRCTR* TRIAL OVER.

phtostrctr.com is a domain name alias for photostructure.com.

how would someone get a charge? is there a paid version ?
